We don’t offer same-day delivery; each flower is handmade, so it takes time to ensure the highest quality.
How are your flowers packed?
Our flowers are carefully placed in a box and secured, and will arrive safely in your hands.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We deliver Australia-wide, the process will take 3-5 days, and you will receive your flowers within 1-10days after shipping, depending on your area.
How to track my order?
We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is dispatched, including a tracking link. Just click the link to see your delivery’s progress. If something doesn’t look right or there’s an issue with your delivery, we're here to help.
Can I choose which flowers are in the box or bouquet?
Absolutely! We offer customisation; you can mix and match your favourite flowers to create the perfect arrangement, and you can also arrange it within your budget. Let us know if you need any suggestions so we can help you choose your perfect flowers.
